These tools are designed to make launching and managing an online store easier than ever. Whether you joined us at the summit or plan to attend next year, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started.

If you’re like me and have a passion for creative projects, you’ll love what High Level has to offer. For this demo, I tapped into my love for surfing and cult classics to create a fictional ecommerce store: Point Break Pizza. This concept will help us explore the platform’s capabilities step-by-step.
Seamless Store Setup
Starting your ecommerce journey is a breeze with High Level. In the builder, simply click “Add Element” and select the new store item. This action automatically generates all the essential pages you need: category pages, product pages, a cart page, a checkout page, and a thank-you page. This automated setup ensures you don’t miss any critical components.
Customizing Your Store
With your basic pages in place, it’s time to infuse your brand’s personality. On the product list page, you can replace placeholder products with your own items. For instance, I added a fun sticker called “Death on a Stick.” Here’s how you do it:
- Navigate to Payments: Go to the Payments section and click on Products.
- Create Product: Click on “Create Product” and enter details like the name, description, and price.
- Add Media: Upload images of your product to give customers a clear view of what they’re buying.
- Set Variants: If your product comes in different sizes or colors, add these variants and adjust prices accordingly.
Enhancing the Shopping Experience
Customization doesn’t stop with products. Adding a global header to each page improves navigation and maintains consistency. Simply drag and drop your header into the global sections, and your ecommerce site starts to take shape.
Preview your category page to see your products dynamically displayed, creating a lively and engaging store. You can also add multiple images per product to give customers a comprehensive view of what they’re buying.
Smooth Checkout Process
A seamless checkout experience is crucial for any ecommerce site. With High Level, customers can easily add items to their cart, adjust quantities, and proceed to checkout. Integrating payment gateways like Stripe is straightforward, ensuring a smooth transaction process for your customers.
Automating Receipts and Notifications
Efficiency is key in ecommerce. Enable automatic receipts to ensure customers receive purchase confirmations instantly. Additionally, setting up workflows to notify you of new orders helps you stay on top of fulfillment and provide timely customer service.
Managing Orders and Fulfillment
Tracking orders and managing fulfillment statuses is simple. In the Payments section, view your orders and update their statuses. Input tracking information and choose whether to notify customers, enhancing transparency and building trust.
