- On the left sidebar, click on “Memberships.”
- Create Your Course:

- Access the Certificates Tab:
- In the memberships section, click on the “Certificates” tab.
- Create a New Certificate:
- Click the “Add” button on the right. You have the option to start from scratch or use a template. For simplicity and aesthetics, using a template is recommended.
- Choose a template from the provided options, confirm your selection, and start customizing.
Customizing Your Certificate
Go HighLevel provides extensive customization options to make your certificates unique:
- Personalize Your Design:

- Navigate Back to Courses:

- Click on the “Certificates” tab within the course.
- Choose the certificate you created, click “Save,” and it will be linked to the course.
Issuing Certificates
When a member completes your course, they will automatically receive a certificate:
- Completion Notification:
- Members will receive an email congratulating them on completing the course, along with their certificate attached.
- Manage Issued Certificates:
- In the “Issued Certificates” tab, you can track who has completed the course.
- Members can preview, download, copy the link, and share their certificates.
