Viewing Form Submissions
First things first, to see your form submissions in Go High Level, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Sites: On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on “Sites.”
- Go to Forms: Under the “Forms” section, select “Submissions.”
This will bring you to a screen displaying all your form submissions.
Filtering Form Submissions
On the left-hand side, you’ll find a dropdown menu to filter submissions by different forms. If you have multiple forms in Go High Level, you can select the one you want to view. You can also filter submissions from lead forms or widget forms. If your Facebook page is connected, all leads from Facebook will also be displayed here, which is a pretty cool feature.
Date Filtering
On the right side of the screen, you have options to filter submissions by date. You can choose from preset date ranges such as the last seven days, last week, or this month. For custom date ranges, simply select the dates you want, click “Confirm,” and the data will be filtered accordingly.

- Select Entries: Click the checkbox next to the entries you want to export. You can select all entries or just a few.
- Click Export: After selecting the entries, click on “Export.” Go High Level will compile the data and send you a CSV file via email within 60 seconds.
The CSV file will include all the fields from your form and the corresponding responses, allowing you to analyze the data offline.

When you click on the avatar of a person who submitted a form, you’ll be taken to the contacts dashboard. Here, you can see additional details such as the source of the submission, the pages they visited, and more.
